Metro: Who's got the Q?
Pax became a little nervous when Vortex raised his hand. They suddenly remembered the 1/4 mile bear crawl from his last Q. Fears were unwarrranted, but we did work the bear crawl muscles!
Warmup:
- SSH X 20 IC
- Side – Side Lunges x 15 IC
- Snake Eyes Merkins x 10 IC
- Arm cirlcles and Chinooks
Indian Run to clubhouse. Last person in line does 3 Monkey Humpers and then sprints to the front.
Mosey around to FIFO's wall (Wall behind pool) and do 3 wall hangs.
Mosey over to rock pile. Partner up. Partner 1 picks out a set of hand sized rocks for the pair.
Round 1
- Partner 1 – Raise rocks to shoulder level out to side – AMRAP
- Partner 2 – Run around clubhouse
- Flapjack
Round 2
- Partner 1 – Raise rocks to shoulder level to the front – AMRAP
- Partner 2 – Run around clubhouse
- Flapjack
Round 3
- Partner 1 – Hold rocks at shoulder level – side or front
- Partner 2 – Run around clubhouse
- Flapjack
Round 4
- Partner 1 – Shoulder press rocks above your head – AMRAP
- Partner 2 – Run around clubhouse
- Flapjack
Put rocks up and mosey back to FIFO's wall
3 more wall hangs behind the pool
Indian Run back to the clubhouse with same rules as before.

- There might have been some MC, but Q wasn't paying any attention to it.

- Q was going to make the pax suffer on the last wall hang, but "slipped" off after 30 sec or so…everyone seemed to be relieved by that.
- Relatively quiet morning from the "trumpets"…thankfully
