Smooth Sailing at The Sword


Ther range of running was  ~1.5 to 2 miles. The range of pullups was 50-80 pull ups. Everyone did 100 lunge steps and 100 squats. Everyone did 100 mericans. Most did 100 squat thrusters. Not one single pax complained. It was so much better than a Murph. Tune in next week where every exercise will be in cadence.
