We did a 5 mile heart rate run (ie keep your heat rate below ~130bpm). We ran down Wynfield Parkway, onto the greenway, back up Rason, flyby at Gladiator, and back to Wynfield Forrest Clubhouse.
Jorel and YHC were well out in front for pretty much the entirety of the run. Then Toxic somehow slithered by us just before the finish line, keeping his undefeated streak alive. I shall return to knock him off his low horse!
We missed Carbby! Get well soon! Also, very quiet without Frogger.
