The Thang
Part 1 – Timed set. Do the following exercises for 45 seconds each
- Dumbbell overhead Flutter
- Front lunge to back lunge – Right leg
- Front lunge to back lunge – Left leg
- Arnold press
- Dumbbell swing
- Bicep curls
- 30 sec rest
We did this set thrice
Part 2 – AMRAP. Do the following exercises and reps as many times as possible within 5 minutes
- Assisted tuck up – 8
- Skull crusher – 8
- Dumbbells thrusters – 8
Part 3 – EMOM. Do the following exercises and reps every minute on the minute. Rest if you finish before the minute is up
- Leg lifts and Snatch (right arm) – 8 each
- Russian twist and Snatch (left arm) – 8 each
We did this thrice, with 10 reps of each on last set

- Schwinn and Grip really complemented each other today. Hollar had no weights but great form, and Grip had weights but very poor form
- Taking your daughters thru the Red Light district in Switzerland is a great fatherly coachable moment
- Titling the workout “Snatch” may have been click bait to some of the more salacious minded recipients
