To the wall for some wall work (stuff like peoples chair, Lazy Shipping Dock Worker, air flutters, Horny Shipping Dock Workers, Superman)
Mosey down to the block cage.

Skull crushers x 20 x 15 x 10
Run a lap to warm the fingers
Back to block work
Lawn mowers x 9 each arm

Titan attempted numerous times to revolt but we were sneaky and reeled him back in every time.
Burning Bush asked for more of everything we did every time. Quite inspirational. Stupid, and we didn’t oblige, but inspirational.
Gambini simply gets after it all the time, every exercise. Hates the Skull Crusher tho. Strange. So we did extra.
Hoff wouldn’t look me in the yes while we were sweating and grunting and lifting. Missed intimate moment there.
The burpee pull-ups were a hit for everyone but Titan. YHC thinks he liked them secretly. Tough, but good.
Fun work on the dock, too.
