Finish the circuit lap you are on at the 45 (40) minute mark, ending at the launch pad
M/C:
This was the quietest workout ever. No one talked at all until the sound off. You could barely hear the footsteps in the soft snow either.
The moon was bright and with the snow it was very easy to see the surface with no headlamp required and the surface of the parking lot and grass areas was anything from fresh powder to rutted up frozen snow from all the kids doing dounugts in the parking lot yesterday, but the footing was surprisingly good and no slips occurred.
Even moseying on flat ground in snow feels like running uphill, and even sliding down the hill to the blocks was somehow tiring. Some walking and 10 counts at the pullup bars were common.
I completed four curcuit laps (the first lap around the lot is a warm up and doesn't count) with the 45 minute mark hit coming up the hill to the top of the lot, sled must be carried/dragged through the last half of the last circuit also, so next time you show for this, bring a light sled, no steel and wood models, just a trash can lid type sled is best. A fair amount of walking was required on the last lap.
Reflection:
Luke 22:7: Now the first day of Unleavened Bread came, on which the Passover lamb had to be sacrificed. 8 And so Jesus sent Peter and John, saying, “Go and prepare the Passover for us, so that we may eat it.” 9 They said to Him, “Where do You want us to prepare it?” 10 And He said to them, “When you have entered the city, a man carrying a pitcher of water will meet you; follow him into the house that he enters. 11 And you shall say to the owner of the house, ‘The Teacher says to you, “Where is the guest room in which I may eat the Passover with My disciples?”’ 12 And he will show you a large, furnished upstairs room; prepare it there.” 13 And they left and found everything just as He had told them; and they prepared the Passover.
Jesus (Yeshua) is our passover lamb. The unblemished one who's sacrifice covers our inequities. The "last supper" wasn't just any regular meal, it was the commanded Passover feast, and it is no coincidence that the Messiah of the world was put to death at this time. When we repent and agree with Yahuwah that His ways are higher than our ways, we are driven to follow his commandments, and we can enter into the acceptance of the love that exceeds our understanding, and we accept and follow the one way that leads to the Father.
