Group 2 mosey around flag pole

Group 2 backwards run around flag pole

Mosey around school to racoon wall.
Racoon walk around wall
Mosey around school to practise field
Start at bottom of hill 10 squats, run up the hill, 10 lbc, 10 wall kicks, repeato X 3
Start at bottom of hill 10 jump squats, backwards up hill, 10 wall jumps, repeato X 3
Start at bottom of hill 5 merkins, run up hill, 5 burpees, repeato X 3
Mosey back the way we came
