The Thang – today was a kind of "Get your rear in gear Sprint Tri"
1st event: run. 5K
2nd event: bike (sort of) – AYG Ricky Bobby, laps around the boat launch parking area –
including Freddy MercuryX 20, burpees X 20, squatsX20, Merkins X 20, Mtn Climbers X20
3rd event: core work (sub for swim)

We thought we were pretty tough today, and pushed the run and the AYG Ricky Bobby. However, that was nothing compared to the man who completed a real tri with a broken fibula! Watch out Chuck Norris!
