Disclaimer – no ice but wet pavement – be careful

Warm up – pick your rock and mosey to the bottom of the parking lot

The Thang:

1.  Partner up – Dora Dora (kinda)

Partner 1 starts curls Partner 2 mosey 50+ yards with rock – flip flop until 100 reached…then move to 100 skull crushers…then military press to 200 and finish with 200 bent over rows…lbc's once finished

2.  Mosey around back side of the cemetary to drop of the rocks

3.  Mosey back down to the bottom of the parking lot for Ladder:

Bottom of parking lot 10 side straddle hops…sprint to the top of the parking lot for 1 burpee..sprint back down to the bottom for 9 side straddle hops then back to the top for 2 burpees..continue until we completed 10 burpees and 1 side straddle hop.  lbc's once finshed

4.  Deep end with the 10 count

5.  Mosey to the side of the buidling for balls to the wall – around 1 minute

6. Mosey back to start
