*I have been mostly running lately so my arms needed some attention

*Lots of wondering where all the PAX were today

*Talk discussing Appstate's dominating win Saturday (I will leave out that it was an FCS team)

*I somehow refrained from complaining about Matt Rhule. So sick of that guy.
