The morning was wet but we stayed dry.  We hit it hard and did a murph like work out.  3 Excercises in rotating fashion x 20 reps x 20 sets.  1200 reps total.  Dips, Incline Merkins and Step Ups.  Plus some WWII situps sprinkled in.  Nice work men!!
