Even though YHC didn't announce any organized standard I believe at least half the PAX executed one anyway, which is awesome.
Warmorama
- Slow (Roadie-paced) mosey to the track 'round back
- SSH
- Windmill
- IST
- Cotton Pickers (aka Mowing the Lawn aka Cherry Pickers)
The Thang
- Lieutenant Dan (squat followed by individual leg lunges) Ladder, from 1 to 10
4 Corners around school
- Mosey to the school entrance (all numbers below are debatable)
- (Corner 1) 35 overhead claps + 20 pattycake 'merkins
- Mosey to the bus entrance
- (Corner 2) 25 pickle pounders + 35 LBCs
- Mosey to the track + a quick lap around it (Kosar and Egyptian took the opportunity for a sprint, which may not have been a good idea considering stage 3)
- (Corner 3) 20 Monkey Humpers + 20 squats
- Mosey to the back of the cafeteria
- (Corner 4) 15 Dips + 10 declined 'merkins
- Mosey to the parking lot (another sprint occurred, this time Kosar, Egyptian, and SwingState)
At this point Bunyan disappeared into the bushes right about when burpees were announced; he was not to be seen again. The PAX were uncertain of the exact timing of his departure, but speculations and theories were abound.

- Burpees-WWII Sit-ups Ladder (Start with 10 burpees, run 2 islands worth in the parking lot, do 1 WWII sit-up, run back and decrement/increment until complete). Nearing the end, we needed to stop for Mary; YHC attempted to call an audible but BamBam insisted on finishing. Gypsy may have also. From where I was standing, hunched over and catching my breath, it appeared Egyptian, VinegarBend, RedRider, Caboose, Tuck, TopGun, SwingState, and Kosar also finished it. Give or take I suppose.
Mary
- Pretzel Crunch
- Russian Twists
- Touch 'em Heels (Kosar)
- RowBoat (BamBam)
- 5 Burpees (VinegarBend)
Moleskine
Thanks to all of the F3 brothers out there. @Schneider for introducing me. @SwingState for your guidance. @SweetCaroline & @Ramrod for keeping me regular with tacos, @CaptainStubing for never returning after I named you, and everybody else that continues to add value to my health and happiness.
Age stats for nerds

- Median: 41 (age in the middle of those recorded)
- Mode: 45 (age that occurred the most)
- Max: 47 (highest age)
- Min: 32 (lowest age)
- Standard Deviation: 4.88411 (square root of the average "distance" each age had from the mean)
- Lowest s of my 4 Q's to date. Which is interesting. for nerds.
