Run to boat launch parking lot entrance. Circle for plank set with merkin variations. Run to parking lot at middle of Preservation Pointe. Launch from parking lot entrance and run to end of cul de sac (left out of parking lot). At top – 10X Burpees, 10X LBC, 10X Squats. At bottom – 10X Merkins, 10X CDD, 10X WWII. 5 times through.
Run back to boat launch parking lot. Circle for Burp & Merk (down to merkin position, 1 merkin, finish burpee, down to merkin position, 2 merkins, finish burpee……up to 10).
Run to clubhouse parking lot. Circle for the wrap up. 15X merkins OYO. Leg Lifts X 15 IC, Hold 6 inches, Low Flutter X 15 IC. 15 X merkins OYO. Crunchy Frog X 15 IC. Windshield Wipers X 10 IC. All she wrote.
