Run around the parking lot once and repeat dropping the number down to 10x or 5x depending on the exercise.

Line up lunge walk across the parking lot with kettle bell through the legs

Circle up around the tire

‘Merican Hammer Circle – 10 Hammer swings with 25lb sledge hammer (or 16lb for the ladies) while the rest of the PAX perform ‘Mericans, Squats, Rosalitta, J-Low, LBCs, and other excersises etc… (Two times for everyone with the hammer)

Line up and around the world across the parking lot

  • Great group today, thanks for coming out.
  • Always great to see our Nantan Bagboy. Yes, the sledge hammers have names Black Thunder (25lb) and Lady Lightning (16lb) – Doesn’t matter which one you choose, they both bring the STORM. I am embarrassed to say, that I neglected to name the tire. I’ll be taking suggestions from the group.
  • Thank you Outlaw for correcting my form on the overhead press and saving my back and neck. I am less thankful for you identifying the reason for my cadence speed and the fact that I may have been doing half reps. the workout got a lot harder after the correction. That which doesn’t kill you makes you stronger as they say.
  • Cousin Eddie, always great to see you. With the commute you have to the AO, I guess you never really have an excuse to Fart Sack.
