3 took a 6 mile stroll thru Denver for a weekend standard. Discussion varied from old man injuries, jeeps, and whether being smaller really is an advantage when running (noone thinks about momentum when you have more mass running down hill). #ItAllEvensOut
Stitches saves the PAX 10 Burpees with seconds to spare by posting the Shovel Flag.

REFLECTION
YHC woke up to the alert about the death of our 41st President George HW Bush. Regardless of political position, we spoke about leadership. Whether in the community, school, sports, or more, it's awesome to see those step up around us. Scrutiny comes from all over no matter the intentions, but don't let that keep you from leading, or pushing the next one to lead. The White House Christmas decorations are being questioned so do not let criticism slow you down as someone will find something they don't like. Along those same lines, brother Clark is our great MQ and some may not know what a Master Q does. He makes sure workouts happen and Q's are filled and does a fantastic job of that in light of all the "Slack" he receives from the PAX. Thanks brother!
Side note: YHC participated in the Denver Christmas parade later today and continued to see leaders (both adult and kiddos) step up and put together the float, oversee younger kids, interact with the crowd, and even pick up trash along the route! #MakingFutureLeaders'

-Absolutely none?!? (except "I hate you Hefty" a lot) #WasThisThePerfectWorkout? Anytime it's quiet you've done your job as Q.
-Diesel was quick to decline the Q opportunity last night, but quicker to complain about the choices of exercises this morning. What gives? 🙂
-Average age of the PAX was up today for some reason and it's pretty inspiring. Stitches also got a record number of "hates" more than likely due to this.
-C# led a solo trust exercise, disappeared, then came back without his sweatshirt on. Not clear on the full story there.
-Clark backed that thang up
-Many PAX were glad to see Bertha "back out" there, but not without tagging him with the oldie but goodie, "Who's the FNG?"
-Pretty sure Fabio and Kaczynski are currenly wondering why YHC let them run around for 6 miles knowing what was in store, but do know they had a good time (at least on the 100 yd bear crawls and crab walks)
-Tclaps to Zippy and Crawdad for traveling across the pond and sharing the love with some Eastsiders today.
Always a pleasure to lead and be led by you men. We missed those of you not there for one reason or the other.
