Special shout out to Jambalaya who was in his newness of pain. We all know how that feeling of looking for an extra lung feels when you first start. And the cordial atmosphere but obvious un-comforta-bility of touching the forearms of your fellow F3’ers. Some expected commentary there but it quieted down quickly as the heart rates went up.
