1 Block burpee and Zamperini to other side of parking area, 5 boxer punches sit-ups

up to 5 burpees and 25 boxer punches sit-ups

carry block to first tree – 5 curls run back to start and 5 shoulder touch merkins

Run back to block and carry to next tree, 10 curls and run back to start 10 Shoulder touch merkins

repeat up to 4 trees….

 

Mosey to basketball court

run to first goal, 5 Mag tar Ji then bear crawl to next goal, 5 CCD, bear crawl to next goal, 10 LBC’s

1 arm plank air press, each arm x 5

 

Mosey to ga ga pit, over and back 5 times

Squat x 5

Over and back 5 times

Squat x 5

 

Body holds on the benches, each pax count to 10

 

Mosey back to blocks…wait stop at each parking lot merkins x 3

 

Suicides to get back to our blocks at the 4th tree

 

Curls x 5

Overhead press x 5

Skull crushers x 5

Boxer punch sit-up – 5
