Stage two:
Bear crawls to top of parking lot. Mater and mosied back, Metro crawbeared back, he is a bearcrawing machine!
Deep lunges to the top of the parking lot.
Wrestling drills, 1 minute. "basketball drills" (I don't play basketball)
