Something Old, Something New

FNG-1 is Stewart.  Finkle and ThunderClub convinced him to post.  Welcome, Stewart

Most PAX seemed a little tired this morning. Probably due to the stifling humidity, a long week of workouts, 1/2 marathon training for some or just being 0530 in the morning.

Great effort all around. Hope you enjoyed some new exercises I mixed in.

Always a pleasure to lead.  Thank you.

REFLECTION

“You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday.” (Psalm 91:5-6)

"For our present troubles are small and won't last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever!" (2 Corinthians 4:17, NLT)

Paul put it this way in Romans 5:3–4, "knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope." The hope of glory is what keeps Paul from losing hope as he continues to carry out the difficult mission of carrying the light of Jesus to the world.
