Lung walk to 1st hoop, broad jumps 2nd hoop, quads-i-feel-yah to the concrete.

Hand plank Clock – Circle up in hand plank with a plank walk one position clockwise after each exercise and for the most part hold the hand plank the entire time. One cinderblock position on the clock gave that lucky man a bonus block exercise while the Pax continued to hold the plank.

YHC thought he had developed a tough workout but a very strong group of veterans today pushed the Q further then he wanted to go.

 

  • Starting with the standard when we hit the "halfway" point we meet up with Ultraman who decided we were only 1/4 of the way to the finish line arriving just in time at 0530.

  • The Q began Mary to gives his sore arms a rest but Jorts thought burpees would be an appropriate exercise. Really did we not cover the arms today!

  • Q attempted to call “recover-recover” prematurely (which can happen to anyone) but Bam Bam cried “Don’t stop, more, more, harder, harder” which lead to the lap around the school and one more Mary exercise. Next time I will need to wear two sets of gloves.

  • Travolta still felt he wasn’t getting his money’s worth at this point and insisted on a 1 min elbow plank.

This is why YHC needs the PAX. I could never hope to push myself as much or give back close to what I am receiving even if I take the Q.
