Six old-school F3 gents appeared in the recently-refreshed Saturday gloom (thanks to the time change) and got their blocks on. Some were expecting to run a circuit for an hour – silly rabbits.

Mosey down to the blocks, grab one, and make your way back to the parking lot near the launch pad.
We’re gonna do some Elevens with a run up to the top of the parking lot and back in between each round.
So that’s 10 of the block exercise, 1 of the regular, run to the top and back
then 9 of block exercise, 2 of the regular, run up the hill and back
so on and so on and…

- The track was actually open today! Unfortunately, the weinke was already set.
- Was hoping to get at least 30 trips up the parking lot in but we only got to 25-ish. That was enough! It’s nice when the PAX is telling (begging) the Q that it’s time to put the blocks away.
- Great to see everyone out there putting in the effort. This was a little harder for me than I thought it would be.
