Two hearty PAX joined the Q for a frosty Fallout workout.
Here is what we did:
Grabbed a block and moseyed to the near end of the first field.
Moseyed to the far end of the first field:
- 10 burpees
- Mosey to the mid point of first field – 20 merkins, mosey back
- Repeat 1st 2, mosey to the end of the first field, 30 block curls, back to mid-point, 20 CDDs, mosey back
- Repeat 1st 3, mosey to middle of the second field, 40 LBCs, mosey back to the end of the first field, 30 block squats, back to mid-point, 20 CDDs, mosey back
- Repeat 1st 4, mosey to the end of the second field, 50 SSHs, mosey back to the middle of the second field, 40 bicycles, mosey, 30 block squats, mosey, 20 CDDs, mosey back
- Repeat 1st 5, mosey to the end of the third field and up the final hill, 60 single leg lunges, mosey, 50 ISTs, mosey, 40 bicycles, mosey, 30 block squats, mosey, 20 CDDs, mosey back
- Last set of 10 burpees, mosey, 20 merkins, mosey to the blocks and return blocks
- Recover-recover
