#Spartacus with KB at Cauldron 5/13/22

 

Spartacus is both full body boot camp + cardio.  The rules are simple, the task near impossible.  Exercises and reps below, however each rep must be done consecutively.  If a break or pause in your reps is necessary, you must take an 80 yard mosey to "catch your breath".  Since we are in the parking deck, the length of the running is one full level & back. You must also take the same mosey at the completion of each exercise…For those about to die, we salute you!

 

Warmup:

10 windmills 

10 long snapper (or whatever it is called this week)

10 toy soldiers 

 

Thang: 

 

SSH x 100

 

KB swings x 100

 

'Merican x 100

 

KB Squats x 100

 

LBC x 100

 

KB skull crushers x 100

 

KB curls x 100

 

KB Squat thrusters x 100

 

KB upright rows x 100

 

WWII x 100

 

Rocky Balboa x 100

 

Lunges with KB (50 x each leg)

 

Windshield wipers over KB x 100

 

Burpees x 50

 

Moleskin:

 

It didn’t take long to get warmed up.  It was warm, humid and there was a slight drizzle.  

 

Keeping up with your rep count made you push yourself to finish to avoid having to run back to back.  Most of us got through the curls but a couple made it to WWII sit ups. 

 

Everyone put forth great effort and the chatter wasn’t too much. 

 

The PAX enjoyed the tunes with the variety. 

 

Thanks to Special Sauce for the workout idea from a couple of years ago.  I made a few changes to add KB and moved the burpees to the end for anyone who could get to it.
