Spartan Run


This morning marked the grand re-opening of Dragon Slayer, reimagined as a palace of pain. YHC figured the best way to open things up would be to keep it simple. So we did something called the Spartan Run. Once the pax arrived, we moseyed to the fresh payment behind GCC, a disclaimer was a given, and a short warm-up commenced.

Spartan Run – A total of 3 miles of running, 250 merkins, and 250 LBCs

Moleskine

  • Strong work by all – would've loved to add a 4th mile after the last set of merkins/LBCs but time constraints prevented it. As you can imagine, the pax were VERY disappointed.
  • 3 out of the 5 pax started F3 just a few months ago. Great to see guys throwing themsleves into it full force. Keep an eye on Pinkman, HSB, and Popcorn – secretly beasts.
  • YHC was very glad to not be solo this morning. While the workout was simple, it certainly was not easy. Much better to have guys around to push you to get it done.
  • Next week we will do an IPC workout – either from 2018, 2019, or 2020. The final choice will be revealed at 0530 next Thursday. Show to know!
