Keep God as your number one priority and he will protect you. It is hard with these times. Not being able to go to church or small groups makes it hard to keep God your priority. We need to try and keep each other accountable.

Nobody seemed to enjoy the jump rope except for Shaker.
I was honored to hear that Metro dog used the jump ropes regularly in his Qs.

As I was leaving the AO I noticed two runners that I may know, but I haven't seen them in awhile. I think their names were Skipper and Vortex. Not sure though.
