Spring Break Sharknado

Big turnout of three wild and crazy guys.  

Warm up

Sideshuttle hop/Cotton picker/imperial storm trooper ic x14

Sharknado

Did a exercise then lternated big loop and little loop around the parking lot.  Ended up being three miles.

All exercises were in cadence minus the kettle bell swings.

Curls x12

Skull Crushers x10 

Squat to press x10 

merkins x11

20 kettle bell swings. 

After three rounds ran to the forest where 5 pull ups were performed.

Did five rounds all total. 

No time for Mary.  Great effort by the 3 strong men.
