Hazy and unusually warm morning made for a good time at the rock.  This is how it went down:

The Thang:

  • Full Curl
  • Skull Crushers
  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Bent Over Row
  • Upright Row
  • Lawn Mower Pull
  • Dips
  • Plank in a circle and drag the kettle bell to the left.
  • Line up three in a row and race full sprints towards the stop sign.

Partner 1 carries farmer carries both kettle bells

Partner 2 stays behinds, 10 merkins, sprints and catches P1.

  • A rather big crowd today.  Thanks for showing up.
  • Lear seemed extra vigilant today.  At one point he left and came back with a lolli pop.  He continued the workout while he ate his sucker. Boss move.
  • As mentioned in the announcement, Lady Bud will be taking over as MQ for this great AO. My ask is for us to show our support by stepping up an Q.  Let's make his life easier.  The more you lead, the easier it gets.
  • I never thought about being the MQ at any AO, but this experience has been truly rewarding.  It has really been an honor.
