After being on the IR for a bit it was great to get back to Samson this morning. 3 regulars decided to join me as we put some work in on a cool but bearable morning in the gloom.

Run a lap around Island 1: when you meet your partner, perform 10 Squats(OYO); 10 WW2(OYO); 10 Plank Jacks IC
Return to blocks!!
REPEATO ADDING DISTANCE TO LAP EACH TIME!
We were able to get around Island #4 before it was RECOVER/RECOVER TIME!!
