So I imagine Squiggy had some nice relaxing thoughts as he went to bed last night, knowing he was going to do a nice short, flat run this morning. I also can imagine the horror as we are running up Concord and everybody but him makes a surprise left onto Grey Rd, better known as THE BEAST!
Squiggy took it in stride (perfect pun!) and handled the surprise very well. When he told me that he got his heart rate monitor fixed last night little did he know how much that would come in handy today.

The rain helped cool off an otherwise warm and sticky morning. Here’s hoping for some cooler running weather from here on out.
