The Thang:
- up and down each section of stadum steps, 20 merkins (8 sections)
partner-up
- 3 rounds of exercises: curls, skull-crushers, slow-scissors
- partner 1 runs to 50 yd line and back, partner 2 AMRAPs exercise
- repeato to 40, 30, 20 & 10
Back to the stadium steps, grab your kettle bell and the sandbag (the twist)
- up and down section of stadium steps, 5 carry kettle bell, 1 carry sandbag, rotate everyone through sandbag and repeato with each PAX getting 2 turns at the sandbag
