One pax was seen with a Ruck on and YHC suggested there was no shame in leaving that behind now. He agreed so it went back in the car. We started with 10 SSH and 10 Merkins while we waited for one last pax to arrive that had text he was coming in HOT. After everyone was accounted for we did 10 x SSH. Mosey accross the front of the church past where the skunk had just visited and crossed the road. Behind to school pointing out to the pax to area at the top of the stairs would be known as the top. We continued down the stairs to the basketball court for Warmorama. Soy Bean Farmers x 15, IST x 10, Windmill x 10, The basketball court area know known as the middle. We moved to the bottom of the stairs and now call this area the bottom. Instructions were given to the pax. Start at the bottom with 10 squats and do 10 squats each time you return to the bottom. From there go to the middle and do 2 burpies each time you pass the middle. At the top we will start with 2 Merkins and add 2 each time until we reach 10. Pax completed we Mosey back accross the street to the parking lot. Partner up. Partner 1 runs to the middle of the parking lot for 2 burpies and returns to the bottom where partner 2 is doing Merkins AMRAP. Switch out then round 2 stop at the middle for 2 burpies and do 2 at the top back to the middle 2 more and back to the bottom to switch. 3 rounds total with Carolina Dry Docks and Squats and LBC. Return to the parking lot for Mary.
