Beatdown
Short lap around lot with 10 Merkins, Step Ups, CH squats, Burpees at corners.
Bells to bottom of stairs where group is split. One group of pax do 10 continuous reps of: curls, press, SC, Rows, Dead Lift, Squats while one group (me, mysel and I) runs up the stairs for 10 circuits. Then flip flop groups. Rinse and repeat 10 times. Some mumble chatter but soon got quiet as the fun level went up.
Plank drag bells to top of stairs with +1merkin each step.
