1. SSH x 25 IC
2. Windmills x 10 IC
3. Cotton pickers x 10 IC
4. Monkey Humpers x 10 IC
The Thang
Round 1:
1. LBH run stop with 10 Burpees, mosey to playground
2. 10 Pull-ups
3. 15 Dips, with optional parallel bar dips is you real wanted to GET SOME
4. 20 Merkins
5. 30 Squats
Round 2:
1. LBH run with stop for 20 WWI’s, mosey to playground
2. 10 Pull-ups
3. 15 Dips
4. 20 Merkins
5. 30 Squats
Round 3:
1. LBH run with stop for 10 Burpee’s, mosey to playground
2. 10 Pull-ps
3. 15 dips
4. 20 Merkins
5. 30 Squats
Round 4:
1. LBH run with stop for 20 WWI’s, mosey to parking lot
2. Hot-foot drill, 1 minute front to back, both feet
3. Hot-foot, 30 seconds side to side, 180 and 30 more side to side
4. Line touch wrestling/basketball drill 1 minute
Extra Credit (AKA Q winging it)
1. Lunges up the parking lot, mosey back
2. Quadraphilia up LBH

Remember, many, many people have it worse than you, you have little or nothing to complain about.  We live in a great community and a great country, appreciate it.  This is directed towards myself more than anyone, but it is true that complaining gets nothing accomplished.   Be thankful for your health and remember those who injured, suffering or are nearing the end of their life’s journey.
 
Moleskin: 
Most everyone had the proper level of groaning and grumbling this morning leading me to believe that they were enjoying themselves thoroughly.  Dandy called me a Jackass, I almost blushed, that was the nicest thing anyone at F3 has ever said to me!  Mulligan commented that it was a very curtious Q for allowing water breaks, In reality, I just needed a break, weak I know…
