Six Men joined me to get after a workout, this is how it went.  Happy to stand in for The Dandelion.
 
Warmup:
SSH x 20 IC
Copper Head Squats x 10 IC + Thigh Stretch
Pickers x 10 IC + Ham Stretch, LT over RT, Rt over LT
Windmills x 10 IC
Monkey Humpers x 10 IC
 
The Thang:
Mosey LBH + 10 Burpees + 15 WWI’s + Mosey to Playground:
2 Rounds at Playground
1. 10 Pull-ups
2. 20 Merkins
3. 25 Squats
4. 20 Dips
Mosey to LBH + 10 Burpees + 15 WWI’s + Mosey to Playground
2 Rounds at Playground, Grab a Block
1. Trifecta x 15 IC
2. BO Rows
3. In and Outs
4. Block Deadlifts
Mosey to Parking Lot

1. LBC LT and RT 10 IC per side
2. V-Ups x 10 IC
3. Super Man’s x 10 IC
4. Flutter Kicks x 20 IC
5. American Hammer 45 seconds to 6:15 finish
