Most species of starfish have 5 tentacles, some have 10 tentacles and others have as many as 40 tentacles! This starfish workout has only 5 tentacles.

The Starfish workout
Place the kettle bells in the center of 5 pain stations spread out evenly around the kettle bells. The pain stations are Calf Raises, Flutter kicks, WWI sit ups, LBC’s and Dying Cockroaches.
First round is 5 quadfectas in the center and 10 reps of each exercise at each pain station. Return to the center after each pain station.
Round 2 is double the count in the center and at each pain station.
Round 3 is the same as the first round.
