Mosey'd over to DUMC for Partner Workout: Partner A (Sandbag) / Partner B (Pair of Bricks)
1. Sandbag Front Squat / Prone Brick Renegade Row x 10 (IC) – Switch x 10 (IC) – Repeato x 5
2. Partner Sandbag Burpee Toss x 10 / Race to dumpster & back. Repeato x 20 sandbag burpees. Repeato x 30 sandbag burpees. After each Race to dumpster, winning partner x 5 pushups / other partner x 10 pushups.
3. Sandbag Squat to Overhead Thruster / Prone Brick Rows x 5 (IC) – Switch x 5 (IC) – Repeato x 5
Finished with some additional sprint work to dumpster & back x 2.
