Box Jumps x 10 

Pull ups x 10 

Go across the monkey bars 

Repeato on all 3 exercises 

Pick up block mosey to the top of little hill 

Plank reach thru’s – 20 total – 10 each side 

Put blocks out of the way 

Run to end of cul de sac 

Side straddle hops x 35 

Sexy spider push ups x 15 total 

Run back to blocks 

Curls x 15 

Put blocks out of the way 

Run across the way to other cul de sac 

Pogos x 35 

Mountain climbers x 40 total 

Run back to blocks 

Shoulder press x 15 

Run to the end of cul de sac 

Butt kickers x 40 total 

Scorpion push ups x 10 

Run back to blocks 

Skull crushers x 15 

Put blocks out of the way 

Run to end of the cul de sac 

High knees x 40 total 

Lbc’s x 25 

Run back to the blocks 

Bear crawl from 1 side of street to the other 

Crawl bear back 

Pick up blocks run back to the back playground 

Put the blocks back up 

Mosey to the launch pad
