Clark and Hefty shouldn't be allowed to do the exercise that are keeping time for the whole group
YHC had a hard time figuring out how to do an indian run with two medicine balls. Thanks to Crabby Patty for the help.
YHC really dropped the ball on getting Styx signed up on slack and the website. Good thing Clark is a good leader.
