Stations @ The Sword


11 got after it at The Sword, here’s how it happened

Thanks to AMPM, The Force, Crocs, and Gambini for bringing out some equipment to help for stations.

Baller led the warm up as YHC finished up.

Stations:

Round 1:

Pull Ups

Shoulder Press w/ Dumbells or Battle Rope

KB Curl

Side Leans

Skull Crushers

Chest Press

20 seconds AMRAP 20 seconds rest 20 seconds AMRAP 20 seconds rotate

Round 2:

Side Leans become KB swings

Skull Crushers become 8 count burner

Same time as round 1 but only 10 second rest now

 

Grab a KB and semi circle around the rope

One PAX swung rope for 20 seconds while pax completed KB exercise of choice by the PAX who just completed the rope. Down and back on the line so everyone went twice.
