high knees to top of hill followed by 10 ssh

squat jumps to top of parking lot with 5 burpees 

side shuffle squat with 10 merkins 

butt kickers to top of hill with 10 merkins 

side shuffle left with 10 toe touch 

side shuffle right with 10 toe touch

10 minutes of push yourself running the parking lot 

repeat the above pushing yourself harder than the first time  

one more parking lot lap pushing yourself harder
