YHC had a plan all laid out to make some wonderful Strava art that even the most sophisticated Pax would find amusing. As we moseyed into NMP that plan was shattered as the baseball fields are blocked off due to construction. We did a quick warmorama of SSH, IST, Toy Soldier, Carrot Puller, Slow Windmill and then audibled.
Mosey to the lower soccer fields and grab a rock. Start 4 points (no 4 corners for this pack fan).
Point 1 = Curls, Skullcrushers, Bent over row, Shoulder press
Point 2 = Various forms of Merkins
Point 3 = Various forms of Squats
Point 4 = Tippy Birds
Throughout 4 points we mixed in some Viking trivia and lots of mumblechatter. We finished 3 rounds around the track and moseyed back up the hill for a quick mobility moment before heading to home base. Recover, recover.

Today YHC learned a valuable lesson on always having a backup plan. While we didnt get to make my original Strava art, Blackbeard did mention we did make a corncob pipe, which does fit with the holiday season. Was nice to meet Big Cheese as he gets back out after having a newborn. Ichabod continues to impress and feels like a Viking regular now. Great to have Blackbeard join us for bootcamp instead of Mall walking. Canuck, Hippie, and JB all know more about Vikings than YHC expected. Prayers for those struggling with mental health, for Moonlight as he starts his new procedures at Duke, and for those less fortunate than us outside of the US. Thanks to the Pax for joining me in what felt like the coldest day of the year.

“Always have a backup plan” as Q. Those are some very often said and over rated words of wisdom.
Awesome workout Chilly. Nothing like learning to adjust at your tender young age. I thought it looked more like a cooking pot than a pipe, but can see that as well.
Keep up the great work. You are certainly one the young, new HIMs of Isotope.

It looked more like a little dipper to me, but anytime I mention little dipper, someone tells me to keep it in my pants.
