First there were 2, then 3, and all of a sudden 7 Pax were in attendance ready to stretch. Diehard took the lead and had us doing a real warm up and then single leg stretching on the columns. Upward & downward dog followed, along with pigeons, forward folds, and runners pose-hip flexors. I took over and did some child’s pose, Cat & Cow, Cobblers, spinal twist, table, bird dogs, and hip extensions. Great work guys. Until next time.
