So this all started by me having to get Omaha to fill in for me at Cauldron last week and I stated that I would pick up something for him later. Later to Omaha was 4 days later… Ok, so this was my VQ for a stretch workout. In typical Frontier fashion I wanted to the last second to plan. You have to understand, I stay silly busy, well honestly, from be a procrastinator and always having way too much going on. Any ways, this is not about your favorite cuddly little pony tail.   

I woke up and was ready to jam. Did not have a plan but I did have the tunes in mind!  As I engaged in morning rituals, I threw the old spotify on and looked through the list of music. There is was… Jay Kay and his silly clown hat… Ok, we are going to rock out to some classic Jamiroquai!  Not the dumb discos sounding mess of their later years. I am talking 1993 – 95 criteria of magical smoothness.  Now to the workout.  Have you ever search on twitter for “Yoga Workout”??  Well dont do it! Especially if you share an account with the M!  It just causes a lot of questions.  Oddly enough I did however find a link to an Etsy poster in a later search. Ok, this looks like the mess Omaha typically does, we are ready!

So at Wilderness we had folks gathering and enjoying the fine tune. Lets go!  

Immediately Toxic lays into me about the music. He had never heard of Jamiroquai and was appalled by my selection. What kind of creaton doesn’t like Jamiroquai you may think??? Well then Top Gun, the force and other less cultured brothers joined in with the slanders.  Frontier can not be swayed however. Suck it up buttercups and bend over to touch your toes!

Throughout the next 30 minutes we focused heavily on the professional poses that were magically thrown together. Sometimes yoga can be painful and, well, sometime you just forget the name of the yoga stretch. Sometimes your just surround by a–holes.. No fear, keep firing a– holes

Luckily we got toward the end and the manjestic Ultraman stepped up to co-queue his segment. Oddly I felt like he did some of the same stuff I just did. However it seemed so much more professional and almost elegant.  Your humble ponytail is always up for great mentorship! Thanks Ult!

Any ways, always a blast to be around these brothers, enjoy their flatulence, and continue to be a group of misfits for a common cause.
