Nobody posted for the Standard, which was fortunate for YHC. I returned home for a brief rest in the resting room before coming back for the Stretch/Strength/Balance portion of the morning workout.

At about "whenever he felt like it", The Force showed up to let us in. Thanks for posting w/key & doing 3 of the exercises.

Thang: Stretchy things, some static leg holds (e.g. chair pose at various degrees of depth), some 1-legged balance moves.

Moleskin:

  1. If you want more detail on the Thang, show up next time! These 8 other guys know exactly what we did and they got stronger and fitter because of it. Good work, Men. I'm proud to have led you this morning and blessed to be able to.
  2. We worked legs today, as prep for some upcoming snowboarding. Can't wait!
