run to the bars, each PAX to have own section of bar

decline merkin 10x, plank walk to end of section, decline merkin 10x, plank walk back

australian pull up on low bar 10x, shimmy to end of section, australian pull up 10X, shimmy back

run to fountain, incline merkin 10x, steps ups 20

run to basketball court, suicide run on court, 10 pull ups

run to rock pile, low curl 7x, high curl 7x, full curl 7x, skull crusher 10x

run back, stopped on corner of 131 main, merking 10x

Moleskins:

Cousin Eddie played 1 on zero since he was the only one out for basketball standard.

Soprano was late so we had to start with some stretching while we waited on him.

Moses, yes we were at 131 main but I made sure that no one touched the wall, we ran thru there quickly.

The PAX were confused when I circled up for our warm up at 131 after we already almost ran 1 mile.

During our run we stopped at the creek area which Soprano loved to make us run thru but not of the PAX were in favor of the short cut so we avoided to the creek.  

Titan wanted to avoid any exercise at the fountain because of the keep off sign.

The orignal starting point of this AO at the basketball court was a new site for some of the new PAX.

Kid Rock enjoyed the rock curls so that he would be ready for spring break at the beach.

Jersey Boy hated that I tricked him into running 3 miles this morning.

It was nice to revist some of the old spots of this orginal AO at Oakhurst and 131 main.

Great to see some of the old school regulars from this AO, Hat trick, Beef Cake, Hollywood, Jimmy Olsen, that all remember this stroll down memory lane.
