This morning, we had an easy stroll thru the village that kept our heart rates at a good resting ground rate. We enjoyed the birds chirping in the park while performing out main exercises: Merkins, Squats, and LBCs, interspersed with 1/4 mile loops to keep the intensity high.
The Thang:
- Warm-up: A quick stroll over to the village.
- Partner up alternating loops:
- Merkins, Squats, LBC’s 10-20-30, plank to round it out while you wait on your partner to finish the loop..
- 1/4 Mile Loop: get the heart rate up. Theater to the mini Washington monument and back.
- After 35 min of pain, Run a mile back home.
- Thanked the Lord for another great morning and asked for some strength to recover.
