- Pax pushed hard today throughout
- Ozzie really making progress. Found an extra gear on the final run back to clubhouse to pass Surf and Q. He was promptly rewarded with 25 burpees (which he crushed).
- Surf came in hot this morning and gave Q feedback not to give a preview of the workout (we traded few texts last night). He almost didn't come.
- Ozzie was working on Surf and Turf to join the basketball league.
- If given more time, Surf and Turf probably would have slept on the cold dirty pavement this morning between sets
