9 PAX answered the call to ring in the New Year at Berean. Impressive showing given the potential late night celebrations the night before, but strong work was put in by all who attended this morning’s beat down. Prior to the start, logistics were discussed with Goat so he could find us after his brief “nature call of duty”. Just minutes into warm-a-rama, Goat found us as did Cubicle and Toby. After the standard SSH’s, a few mobility moments and some shoulder touch merkins were administered at the theatre parking lot, PAX headed over to pond area and took advantage of the long incline path for some ladder work with WWII’s and Slow Squats. Surveillance cameras will reveal some very unusual footage for the Pure Barre manager when she arrives home after her walk of shame. PAX continued on to the very place we started and took advantage of the theatre wall for some calf raises, People’s Chair with air presses and some Airstream-approved stretching. A few sets of LBC’s and Low Flutters were sprinkled in along the way. STRONG start to 2024 men and proves we can achieve more together than we can alone. Always an honor and privilege to be along side each of you in the gloom!
