Thank you all for coming out for my V-Q.  My plan was to keep it simple and work hard, mission mostly accomplished.  Thanks to the guests from across the Lake for attending, much appreciated.

Warmup

25 x SSH IC

10 x Merkins IC

10 x Cotton Pickers IC

15 x Mountain Climbers IC

 

The Thang

Run up Little Baby Hill and back to playground.

Round 1: Four Stations, 1 minute each

Dips on the parallel bars

Pull-ups

Burpee's

Block Squat

*Run to top of Little Baby Hill, 20 WWI's

Round 2: Repeato Round #1

Round 3:  30 seconds per station

Curls for Girls

Squats

Merkin's

Hanging Knee Raises

Back to the tops of LBH

To front parking lot:

Bear Crawls to the top, mosey back down

Walking Lunges to the top, mosey down for Mary:

Mary

LBC's, V-ups and American Hammer, around 2 minutes each

Reflection:

Fall Down and Get Up…Burpees are like Life.  Alway's get back up.
