Sub Freezing Pain Served Up at PAINinsula

YHC always excited to Q at PAINinsula and this morning was an added confirmation of what makes this an iconic AO. As always there was a strong showing as 18 PAX chose to fight off the sub freezing temps and get stronger.

A Strava verified 1.75 miles were covered by 17 of the PAX while Goat was on another mission to complete a makeup Horseshoe.

YHC would perform a few stops along the way with merkins, alternating steps ups, air squats, and a little mobility sprinkled in before heading over to the fire department parking lot where the Pledge of Allegiance was stated to honor our flag and country. PAX would perform a few more exercises of SSH and more mobility before moseying towards start of horseshoe loop.

PAX would make a couple of horseshoe loops to ensure we provided a little camaraderie to Goat.

PAX would mosey back to HT parking lot taking the long way around down Jetton Road.

PAX ended with MARY led by Thug, Outlaw, Goat, and others whom YHC can’t recall.
